Peanut Butter Energy Balls Shawns
12 Servings
1 Cup Rolled oats
1/4 Cup Almond flour (OPTIONAL)
1 Tsp Valilla extract
1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Tbl Natural peanut butter
1 Tbl Honey
2 Tbl Water
Heat a cast iron pan to medium. DO NOT ADD any oil. Put the oats in
the pan and gently toast until they look toasty. (this is optional)
Add everything together except the water, mix and slowing add the
water while kneading the doah.
Hand roll into 1 inch sized balls, store in an air tight container
for up to 7 days in the fridge.
I use extra peanut butter and leave out the flour. You can also add
some shavings of dark chocolate if you want to make it more deserty
and less protien energey. ;)
